Assistant Maitre D'
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*The assistant Maitre D’ is responsible, along with his colleagues, of the supervision and management of the staff for the restaurants.
*Must ensure the smooth running of the restaurants and the bar: greeting customers, controling inventories and ordering the necessary goods.
*Under the supervision of the director of restoration, takes part in planning for festivals and activities on special occasions.
*Must ensure themselves of the respect of the collective agreement, establish the work schedules, control the pay and all tasks connected to the supervision of personnel.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
*Perfectly bilingual (English/French)
*Diploma from the ITHQ or an equivalent.
*Minimum experience of two years in a similar position in a syndicated environment.
*Good availability (variable schedules).
*Be able to compromise in a diplomatic manner with the customers.
*Basic computer skills.
